The Logan County Board is selling the following described property the legally described as: A part of the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, commencing at a steel pin found marking the East quarter corner of Section 22, thence West (assuming bearing) along a North line of said North half 228.97 feet to a railroad spike set at the Point of Beginning; thence South 16 degrees 57 minutes 30 second west 30.50 feet to a steel pin set; thence continuing on the last named bearing 568.06 feet to a steel pin set; thence South 81 degrees 28 minutes 35 seconds West 248.04 feet to a steel pin set; thence North 79 degrees 01 minutes 04 seconds West 236.11 feet to a steel pin set; thence North 50 degrees 10 minutes 22 seconds West 246.81 feet to a steel pin set; thence North 1 degree 45 minutes 15 seconds West 370.18 feet to a steel pin set; thence continuing on the last named bearing 36.25 feet to a railroad spike set on the north line of said North half; thence East along said North line 853.65 feet to the true Point of Beginning and containing 9.767 acres, more or less. Bids will be opened in Room 16, at the Courthouse, at 9:00 A.M. on October 12, 2006 at which time bidders will be allowed to raise their bid till the property is sold. The Logan County board reserves the right accept or reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities there-in. Bidders agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the county nor shall bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the county because of such rejection.
